Preparing files

We accept PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, TIF, AI or PSD files.

Once you upload your artwork, you will receive a warning if your artwork is low resolution.

*Yes we can.** You can choose a background color, or stretch your artwork to create a bleed, or include your own cutline on the artwork.

Please include a 0.075" bleed for the cutline for our error margins.

Your Account

No, you do not have to make an account.

An account is simply for the convenience factor if you are a returning customer.

It gives an overview of your past custom sticker orders and also allows for a faster check out by saving your information.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

Select the account icon in the top right hand corner, and select reset password. Follow the simple instructions to reset your password.

Shipping & Delivery

There are a variety shipping options for your sticker order. All USA orders come with free first class shipping from USPS or UPS.

We also offer priority and expedited shipping for additional cost.

Yes we do! We ship to Canada and Australia. We plan to expand this to many other countries in the future.

Yes you can! We automatically send you a email with your tracking number and estimated time arrival once we ship your order.

You may also opt to email us at info@stickitup.me for a status update as well

Yes we can! We ship to these addresses within the U.S. with USPS. Simply include your APO/FPO when checking out and we will ship to the address specified on your order.
